Job Description
Bloomreach is a fast-growing AI-powered agentic platform revolutionizing the personalization of customer journeys. They are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build and enhance algorithms for search, recommendation, and behavioral insights, using AI and GenAI. Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related discipline with strong mathematical foundation and programming skills (primarily Python)
- 5+ years experience building ML-driven algorithms in a corporate/startup environment
- Strong awareness of Generative AI and LLMs
- Strong understanding of ML/NLP technologies (classification, information retrieval, clustering)
- Excellent exploratory data analysis skills with SQL in Redshift/BigQuery
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience working with Big Data in a cloud-based production environment
- Effective communication in English, both verbally and in written form
