The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, culinary items, sustainability, and creating incredible guest experiences. The position involves delivering exceptional hospitality, making and serving beverages, preparing food, and creating community in the cafe.

Requirements

• Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, teammates, and vendors
• Make and serve beverages with different brewing and preparation methods
• Prepare and serve food
• Stay knowledgeable about Blue Bottle's offerings and preparation techniques
• Taste and develop palate for quality control
• Create community and inspire teammates
• Support team with tasks like cleaning and organization

• Complete Blue Bottle Academy training and 90-day validation
