Senior National and Key Account Sales Consultant

We are seeking a Senior National and Key Account Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for activities related to Association Health Plans, including enrollment, servicing, and retention. This role requires strong sales and closing skills, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills. You will work closely with internal departments and external partners to develop and implement sales strategies, and provide consultative services to prospective and existing clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field (preferred)
• 4 years of extensive direct sales large group health experience (in lieu of degree)
• State of Kansas insurance agents license (within 60 days of employment)
• Previous outside large group health sales and retention success
• Key account development experience
• Experience engaging with customers and handling long-term/high value contracts
