Medicare Stars Program Manager

Blue Cross of Idaho is seeking a Medicare Stars Program Manager to lead program governance and drive quality improvement initiatives that support our organization’s Star rating goals.

Requirements

• Serve as a subject matter expert on the Medicare Stars Program
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain measure tracking in alignment with the Stars dashboard
• Manage vendor contracting, oversight, and performance
• Collaborate with internal teams and measure owners to ensure alignment with program objectives
• Deliver executive-level updates and presentations to leadership on a monthly basis
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and CMS regulations
