Director of Supply Chain

Blue Energy is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to design and execute a synthetic EPC / multi-prime contracting model for nuclear projects. The role requires deep experience in project finance-oriented contracting and drafting bankable commercial terms.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in contracts, commercial management, procurement, or legal roles on large capital projects
• Demonstrated experience supporting project finance transactions and lender diligence
• Proven implementation of synthetic EPC or multi-prime contracting models
• Hands-on experience with progressive design-build and GMP conversion
• Exceptional contract drafting and negotiation capability
• Strong technical fluency across mechanical, electrical, civil, and regulated systems
• Experience negotiating and managing contracts >$100M
