Blue Owl is a leading asset manager seeking a Vice President, Investor Operations to oversee investor and distribution syndicate onboarding, operational components of product launches, and capital activity and communications.

Requirements

• Work closely with internal teams
• Prepare, Review and Manage Capital expenses
• Lead coordination and communication efforts
• Maintain effective working relationships
• Effectively work within a team environment
• Identify trends and triage solutions
• Liaise with fund accountants and external and internal auditors
• Manage specific Blue Owl investment vehicle's closing and cash flow process
• Review of capital call and distribution memos
• Prepare/Review of internal reporting
