Mental Health Therapist (Open Access)

Blue Ridge Health is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to work in an Open Access Center. The therapist will provide behavioral health services, including assessments and treatment plans, to adults and children. Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Required (fully or provisionally licensed or license eligible)
• 2 years clinical work experience preferred
• LCAS or LCAS-A licensure a plus
• Ability to perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop and implement viable treatment plans
• Experience with Electronic Health Records preferred
• Experience in individual and group therapy including recovery work
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Bilingual a plus
