Primary Care RN Consultant/Case Manager

Blue Ridge Health is seeking an Administrative Primary Care RN to provide direct care coordination and ensure effective and efficient care delivery. The ideal candidate will have a BSN nursing degree and 1 year of experience in primary care and/or public health settings.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited BSN nursing program
• 1 year nursing experience in primary care and/or public health setting preferred
• Evidence of excellent oral and written communication, high level of current clinical knowledge
• Basic PC skills including Windows Operating System and Electronic Health Records. Typing skills of 30 WPM
• Bilingual preferred, but not required
• RN: RN currently licensed to practice in North Carolina
