Job Description
Blue Rose Research is building data and AI tools to help Democrats win elections. They are seeking a software engineer to design and scale models for AI-powered causal inference and predictive analytics, connecting modern LLM applications with robust hierarchical modeling. The role involves building content-generation, summarization, and automated data labeling pipelines.
Requirements
- Proficient in Python and SQL
- Skilled in statistical modeling (logistic regression, hierarchical/multilevel models, causal inference)
- Familiar with AI/ML frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Comfortable working with large datasets
