We are looking for an Account Manager to lead a large global UN account, responsible for managing paid media and creative services in 4 key markets, building client relationships, and growing accounts.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in Digital Account Management or Digital Fundraising
- Great understanding of digital marketing, particularly on paid media, fundraising, content, CRM, or data
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised and detail oriented
- Experience managing and aligning multiple stakeholders; and facilitating meetings
- Project Management Experience: being able to effectively brief teams and managing multiple projects at once from start to finish
- Understanding of digital agency processes
- Great collaborator with empathy, communication, respect as core values
- Able to navigate high level conversations, including difficult ones when needed
- Experience nurturing client relationships and upselling
