Job Description
Blue Water Thinking is seeking an Enterprise Command Center – Business Line Management Instrumentation Engineer (Dynatrace) to support enterprise observability and performance monitoring efforts.
Requirements
- Implement and maintain Dynatrace monitoring, including installing/configuring OneAgent.
- Build and enhance Dynatrace dashboards and support basic reporting and performance insights.
- Support integration of monitoring alerts with cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve monitoring and instrumentation issues to ensure reliable visibility.
- Work assigned tasks in ServiceNow, documenting work and progress clearly.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding systems and devices in Dynatrace (and related monitoring tools as needed).
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure monitoring coverage aligns with system and mission needs.
