Job Description
The Lead Software Engineer plays an important part in our company's product development process, leading a software development team, ensuring timely delivery of functional and non-functional requirements, and mentoring junior and mid-level software associates.
Requirements
- B.Tech/BS/MTech/MS degree in Engineering or a related subject
- 8-10 years of experience in software industry
- Strong programming experience and background in Enterprise Java
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, automation, tools and processes
- Experience in designing, deploying and maintaining enterprise cloud solutions (preferably Azure)
- Demonstrable experience with microservices based architecture
- Experience with implementation of event driven architecture using Kafka or similar technologies
- Hands-on development skills along with architecture and design experience
