Job Description
We're seeking a Professional Services & Portfolio Engineering Team Lead (Systems) to guide our team of systems engineers, drive delivery excellence, and shape the future of infrastructure projects. This role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne.
Requirements
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of high-performing Systems Engineers
- Work with the Project Management Team to ensure project delivery
- Act as the technical escalation point for the Systems delivery stream
- Champion technical excellence and standardisation across infrastructure design, build and handover processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide regular reporting on team performance
- Collaborate with peers across Cloud, Networking and End User Services practices
