Manager Supply Chain Planning Transformation

As a Manager Supply Chain Planning Transformation, you will join a team of global specialists and work with clients to transform their supply chains into smart, efficient value chains. You will define, design or redesign business processes, and lead the program throughout the transformation wave. You will also assume a coaching role, guide the team, and take full responsibility for a functional domain in a larger program.

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering or economics
• At least 6 years of experience in consulting
• Ability to shape & define project plans & structures
• Strong experience in designing or redesigning business processes
• Problem-solving skills with a razor-sharp analytical mind
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Passion for working with people and coaching & growing less experienced colleagues
• Willingness to travel globally and work in a hybrid working model
