Inbound Sales Associate

Blueground is looking for an Inbound Sales Associate to join their centralized sales team in Athens. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for prospective clients globally, guiding them through their search and matching them with the perfect flexible living solution.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in an inbound or outbound sales position
• Hunter mentality and ability to run exploratory calls, handle objections, and close deals confidently
• Fluent, native-level English communication skills, additional languages are a strong plus
• Comfortable working with sales tools and CRMs, experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a bonus
• Coachable, feedback-driven mindset with a drive to grow professionally
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to manage conversations and leads across global markets
