Job Description
Blueground is seeking a Software Engineer to join their AI Team, developing their inbound sales chatbot, Jarvis. This role involves building, testing, and deploying an LLM-based agent, handling high-volume customer inquiries, and contributing to the growth of a rapidly expanding company with a strong culture of data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of industry experience in software development
- Professional experience with at least 2 different modern programming languages/paradigms
- A strong CS background
- A hands-on attitude
- Strong skills in Python
- Strong background in databases
- Excellent communication in English
