Blueground is seeking a results-driven Vendor Manager to join their Central Operations team in Athens, Greece. The ideal candidate will lead the sourcing, onboarding, and management of third-party vendors across the EMEA region.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or operations
- Proven track record in managing service-based vendors and negotiating contracts
- Strong understanding of operational processes in the service or hospitality sector
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities; familiarity with procurement tools or ERP systems
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are a strong advantage
- Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple time zones
