Job Description
BlueLabs is seeking an Analytics Associate I to join their Strategic Analytics Team. The role requires a mix of analysis, data management, presentation, and communication skills. The team works with commercial, political, and non-profit clients to inform data-driven decisions and strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with some statistical background or 1+ year of experience analyzing data and coming up with solutions
- Passionate about harnessing data-driven solutions to improve social outcomes
- Eager to learn the fundamental techniques in data management, analysis, and visualization
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to recognize patterns and check assumptions
