Job Description
Blueprint Medicines, a Sanofi company, is seeking a Senior Director of Direct-to-Patient Team Lead to lead a team focused on patient engagement and marketing within the SM (Mastocytosis) community. The role involves developing strategies to support patient and caregiver engagement, including campaigns for AYVAKIT, a potential multi-billion opportunity. The team will focus on strategic initiatives to build brand recognition and expand patient reach.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree with advanced degrees (MBA, etc.) preferred
- 12+ years of strategic experience in biotech/pharmaceutical (marketing, sales, market development)
- In-line marketing experience with a focus on patient strategy
- Deep experience in patient engagement strategies for pharmaceutical products
- Experience in rare disease, oncology, or new markets is a plus
- Proven track record of project management and vendor management
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong team player with ability to influence without authority
- Strong commitment to patients, customer focus, and integrity
