Job Description
BlueRock Therapeutics is seeking an enthusiastic Research Associate II to support the development of cell therapy products and platforms. The role involves executing molecular and cell-based assays, collaborating with various research teams, and advancing projects in the Myeloid Biology team within the Neurology program. Candidates should be highly motivated, self-starting, and committed to data-driven science.
Requirements
- Degree in Biological Sciences or related discipline (0-5 years or M.S. with 0-2 years of experience)
- Experience with microglia/macrophage cells is highly desirable
- Prior hands-on experience with cell-based assays and culture
- 1+ year experience in executing cell culture under aseptic conditions
- Standard molecular testing procedures experience
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Excellent record-keeping skills
- Ability to be productive and successful in a high-paced environment
