Job Description
The Kitchen Porter is responsible for undertaking a range of kitchen duties in an efficient and effective manner, including performing simple manual work in maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen.
Requirements
- Contributes positively to the team environment
- Washes pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, glasses, and traps
- Ensures store is prepped with tools needed to operate effectively
- Follows all procedures and meets food hygiene regulations
- Maintains effective and efficient cleaning process in place
- Achieve operational goals of minimum check of $30 per person, average table turn of 30 minutes
