Requirements
- Set the product strategy and vision and own product innovation and roadmaps
- Relentlessly prioritize the roadmap through data, insight and test and learn methods to achieve ambitious growth goals
- Lead cross functional ideation processes, to ensure stakeholder alignment at every stage of the process
- Be the voice of the customer and bring this into everything that you do and all your interactions with your teams and stakeholders
- Accountable for the quality of the customer experience in a very fast paced environment, owning metrics such as store ratings, NPS scores, customer satisfaction rates
- Directly challenge and contribute to the strategic direction of the company
- Develop and lead team a of PMs to successfully scale with the growth of the business
