We're looking for a passionate technologist with a strong focus on Customer Service Management (CSM) and App Engine to design, build, and evolve business solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Design and implement end-to-end CSM solutions (case management, SLAs, entitlements, portals, and Agent Workspace)
- Develop custom applications using App Engine (tables, forms, flows, UI, business logic)
- Implement automations through Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Script Includes
- Define scalable and secure data models (roles, ACLs, information segregation)
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (CRM, ERP, channels of attention) via REST APIs
- Ensure development practices upgrade-safe, performance, and governance of the platform
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions
