Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Java Backend Developer
• Deep knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Data, Quarkus, Java, and/or APIGEE
• Experience with modern DevOps development tools (e.g. Git, Jenkins, Sonarqube)
• Experience with API development principles, including access controls and authorization (JWT, Okta, OAuth, etc)
• Experience with OpenAPI, Swagger, or emerging API design and documentation standards
• Experience in error management, tracking, and debugging within an API
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. MySQL, Postgresql, Redis, MongoDB, Couchbase, Firestore, etc.)
• Ability to write effective unit tests
• Understanding of cloud services and how to leverage them within an API (optional)
