Join the BMW Group as a Development and Process Optimization Trainee and support the development of innovative circular economy solutions. Participate in the evaluation and analysis of existing concepts, visualize and content-related preparation of decision-making bases, and contribute to the further development of existing solution paths.

Requirements

• Studies in engineering, economics, process management, project management, business administration, or a comparable course of study
• Secure handling of MS Office programs
• Technical understanding
• Team skills and high level of motivation and performance willingness
• Affinity for digital media
• Valid driver's license
• Fluent German and English skills
