Praktikant Talentmanagement IT (w/m/x)

BMW Group is offering an IT Talent Management Internship for students with a focus on systems for personal development, recruiting & onboarding, and training. The role involves working on DevOps tasks in the development, deployment, and operation of innovative software solutions, contributing to process automation and AI, and improving iFlow interfaces and IT security documentation. Students will work closely with the operations team in South Africa.

Requirements

• Degree in (Economics) or equivalent qualification with an interest in IT subjects.
• Hands-on approach in digitalization and HR.
• Negotiable German and good English skills.
