BMW Group is seeking a Cell Analysis Intern to support the development of new methods for the characterization of lithium-ion battery active material. The intern will contribute to the research team in analytical methods such as spectroscopy, chromatography, and chemical sample preparation, as well as conduct experimental work in the chemical laboratory. The internship offers international exposure, exchange opportunities, and flexible working hours.
Requirements
- Studying chemistry, engineering chemistry, materials science or a similar academic field.
- Safe handling of chemical laboratories and their equipment.
- Basic knowledge and interest in lithium-ion technology.
- Experience with analytical and analytical methods (liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, NMR, ICP, GC-MS, HPLC-MS, FTIR) is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and willingness to be actively involved.
- Confidently speaking German and English as MS-Office skills.
- Interest in cell analysis.
