Product Manager - Hospitality Tech (Europe Remote)

Bnberry is revolutionizing the hospitality tech industry by providing AI solutions for hotels and resorts. This is a 0-1 product discovery role focused on rapidly prototyping and validating how AI can solve real-world hospitality problems. There is no roadmap or playbook; the product manager will be responsible for discovery, experimentation, and building autonomous systems.

Requirements

• Expert in product discovery (rapid experimentation, customer interviews, assumptions, MVP validation)
• Experience shipping 0-1 products through discovery
• Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations
• Skilled in qualitative and quantitative research
• Experience building agentic AI products
• Hospitality experience (preferred)
