Job Description
The Construction Job File Coordinator is responsible for customer service, project coordination, and administrative tasks related to project file documentation. This role involves reviewing project file documentation, tracking client requirements, creating estimates, monitoring schedules, and managing collections and close-outs. It requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the construction industry.
Requirements
- Review and validate project file documentation.
- Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed.
- Create estimates based on scope of work and update as directed.
- Perform initial administrative setup.
- Perform project file backup.
- Issue POs based on project budget.
- Monitor project schedules.
- Monitor project budgets.
- Validate completed PO documentation.
- Complete and review project file documentation for final upload.
- Manage collections activities.
- Perform project close-out.
