Job Description
BNY is seeking an Associate, Client Service Management II to join their Wealth Services Client Service team in Lake Mary, FL. This role involves contributing to client service delivery, issue resolution, data collection, and relationship building to ensure client satisfaction. The team fosters a culture of continuous service improvement and supports various aspects of client service.
Requirements
- Participate in end-to-end client service delivery and report on client satisfaction.
- Collect data on service commitments and resolve moderately complex issues.
- Build understanding of clients’ businesses and engage in projects to streamline operational model.
- Engage in service or sales support activities, including RFPs, KPIs, and client documents.
