Job Description
BNY is seeking a Director, Application Development Manager to join the TS Client Insights and Innovation team. This role involves managing application development projects, ensuring the quality and stability of production systems, and fostering innovation within a globally influential financial services company. The ideal candidate will be analytical, collaborative, and have a strong understanding of system design and development.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in computer science/Data engineering or a related discipline
- 18+ years of experience in systems analysis and program development
- Full-stack developer experience with modern GUI development and Java development
- Strong experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, RDBMS, SQL, Gitlab, Docker, CI/CD, S3, and Azure Cloud
- Experience with microservices and Java-based applications
- Familiarity with JVM, performance testing, and architectural patterns
