Director, Cash Processing/Funds Transfer Manager

BNY is seeking a Director of Cash Processing and Funds Transfer Manager to lead and inspire teams, improve service quality, and drive operational excellence in a global payments environment. This role involves leveraging AI, RPA, and data analytics, as well as developing strategic processes to enhance scalability, resilience, and speed-to-market. The position requires collaboration with clients, technology partners, and risk/compliance teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years in payments operations
• Expertise in domestic and cross-border payment methods (SWIFT, ACH, RTP)
• Proven track record of delivering AI-first, data-driven transformation programs
• Advanced analytical skills, BI tools, and statistical modeling experience
• Strategic thinker and change management skills
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field
