Director, Fund/Client Accounting Manager

BNY is seeking a Director, Fund/Client Accounting Manager to join our Private Equity - Alternative Operations Team. The successful candidate will direct a Fund Accounting area, manage financial and human resources, and oversee client relationship management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ years of total work experience with at least 3-5 years in management preferred
• Proven ability to lead multiple Fund/Client Accounting teams and manage relationships with senior-level auditors and clients
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS rules, with experience developing policies to ensure regulatory compliance
