Job Description
BNY is seeking a Director of Product Management to join their Developer Experience team in New York or Pittsburgh. This role focuses on the vision and execution of the developer-facing AI capabilities, including generative AI tools. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Engineering, DevEx teams, and the AI Hub to build impactful solutions and influence developer experience across the organization. The position requires a strong technical background, communication skills, and passion for emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Define the vision and develop the long-term product strategy for BNY’s developer-facing AI capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and DevEx teams.
- Own strategy of AI capabilities and vendor tools that enhance developer experience.
- Drive product discovery and identify automation/augmentation opportunities.
- Measure adoption and business impact of AI-powered tools.
- Stay current on trends in Generative AI, developer experience, and MLOps.
- Experience mentoring less senior product members.
