Job Description
BNY is seeking a Senior Associate, Database Engineer to join their Wealth Service Platform team. The role involves designing and reviewing logical and physical data models, implementing data model enhancements, and ensuring data quality and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- 2-6 years of experience in software development
- Experience with data modeling, database design and development
- Prior experience in managing DB development team
- Experience modeling Financial data
- Good knowledge of Financial Accounts, Transactions and Positions data
- Hands-on experience with any RDBMS, preferably MS SQL Server or Oracle
- Good SQL knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
