We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Director, Engineering Group Leader to lead and deliver Enterprise Data, Analytics and AI Strategic Objectives. The role requires a visionary leader who can build and manage high-performing teams, drive innovation, and deliver technology solutions that enhance business outcomes.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
- 15+ years of experience in systems analysis, program development, and technology leadership.
- Minimum of 6-8 years managing development project teams, preferably in complex, global environments.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale technology projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated commitment to agile and inclusive engineering culture.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in financial services or related industries is a plus.
