This role involves leading and overseeing operational risk management for the Treasury Services Platform, defining and executing frameworks, engaging with product and technology teams, and driving alignment between global standards and local requirements. The ideal candidate will be a strategic risk management leader with strong analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
- 12-15 years of experience in a global financial services firm
- Prior experience in Treasury Services – first or second line of defense
- Strong knowledge of global regulatory environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience managing a team and managing multiple deliverables
