Job Description
BNY is a leading global financial services company seeking a Vice President, Client Processing Manager I to join their Pershing Operations team in Liverpool. This role is responsible for the administration of wrapper and SIPP accounts, resource allocation, and ensuring high client service standards. It's a hybrid position, offering opportunities for strategic planning and process improvement.
Requirements
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams.
- Deal with employee relations activities.
- Strong understanding of Pensions and tax regime.
- Demonstrable understanding of FCA, CASS, and CBI CAR rules.
- Strong systems skills/data manipulation skills
- Senior management/Board experience
