Job Description
BNY is seeking a Vice President, Control Manager to join their BNY Markets Controls team in Dublin. This role focuses on designing, enhancing, and monitoring controls across EMEA jurisdictions and directly collaborating with business units, legal, compliance, and risk functions to ensure risk management practices align with firm-wide initiatives. The role involves project management, process improvement, and staying current with emerging risks and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Several years total work experience in financial services (preferably with risk/control experience)
- Understanding of regulations like MiFID and European Bank and Central Bank of Ireland guidelines
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
