Job Description
BNY is seeking a Vice President, Credit Risk Review to lead assessment and assurance of the quality of BNY’s credit exposures. The role involves providing independent assurance on credit quality, exercise of CRR authority, and leading credit risk reviews. This position is a key part of the Bank’s risk management and compliance efforts within the 2nd line of defense.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or other related field
- 7-10 years relevant experience in credit risk review
- Completion of a credit training program (preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of lending portfolios
- Confidence, strong negotiation, oral and written communication skills
- Pragmatic and commercial approach
