Job Description
BNY is seeking a dynamic Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join their team in New York, NY. This role involves designing, developing, and supporting software features and components, leading technical design and implementation, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver projects end-to-end. The company emphasizes innovation, inclusivity, and a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or related discipline
- 5-7 years of experience in software development
- Hands-on experience in Java, J2EE frameworks and distribution systems
- Experience in SQL, Stored Procedures and transaction management
- Experience following design, development, testing and release management best practices
- Experience working with APIs
- Cloud and/or Kubernetes / Containers experience is a plus
- Experience with Snowflake/datalake is a plus
- Experience with scripting using Linux is a plus
- Experience with messaging - Kafka is a plus
