Requirements

• Lead and implement the Salesforce development lifecycle
• Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions on Salesforce.com and the Force.com platform
• Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and design solutions
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Collaborate with sales and marketing technology tools
• Contribute to the strategy and roadmap for sales systems
• Break down complex business problems into actionable technical tasks
• Resolve Salesforce-related support tickets and deliver high-quality solutions
• Research, prototype, and implement new Salesforce features, apps, and integrations
• Stay current on Salesforce and Force.com trends
