Job Description
Application Support Engineer responsible for on-line monitoring, administration and support of applications running on Windows, UNIX and Oracle based platforms. Ensures service is provided within customer Service Level Agreements and performs investigations on application support techniques to continually improve operational support.
Requirements
- 3 Year tertiary qualification or a relevant IT qualification
- Minimum 2 years application support engineer experience
- Basic knowledge of application support environment
- Problem solving exposure at application and business transaction level
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Customer relationship skills
- Quick learner
