Asset Manager till Serafim Fastigheter

We are looking for an Asset Manager to join Serafim Fastigheter, a growing property company with its heart in Stockholm. As an Asset Manager, you will have a key role in driving property transactions and developing and managing our existing portfolio. You will have a broad role with great responsibility and close collaboration with colleagues and external partners.

Requirements

• Academic background in real estate economics, finance, technology, or equivalent
• 4-5 years of experience in property transactions and/or commercial property management
• Result-driven and goal-oriented with the ability to translate strategy into action
• Relationship-building and communicative with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships
• Analytical and business-oriented with a good understanding of real estate economics and financial models
• Humble and initiative-taking with the ability to take responsibility and get things done
