Job Description
Nordiqus is looking for a Real Estate Manager to join their team in Stockholm. The role involves managing properties, driving letting, identifying development potential, and creating high tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate is business-oriented, curious, and responsible with a strong drive to create results.
Requirements
- Relevant post-secondary education in real estate management, construction, or economics
- Several years of experience in commercial management with customer responsibility, preferably in school properties
- Experience with budget and result responsibility, as well as good negotiation skills
- Good understanding of tenancy law and the Public Procurement Act
- Experience with renovation projects and tenant adjustments
- Ability to express themselves well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
- Good familiarity with various property systems and Microsoft Office
- B-driving license is a requirement
