Koncernredovisningsansvarig till Ikano Bostad

We are looking for a Group Accounting Manager to contribute to the finance and accounting function of Ikano Bostad, a long-term real estate owner and developer in Sweden and Denmark. The role involves managing financial and tax aspects of real estate transactions and internal restructurings, and collaborating with the finance department and transaction responsible employees.

Requirements

• Extensive accounting knowledge and experience of group accounting, tax, and transactions in the real estate industry
• Strong interest in group accounting and tax, with the ability to stay up-to-date with new rules and changes
• Ability to work in a complex and changing environment, handling multiple issues and tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility, modesty, and ability to switch between details and a broad perspective
• Critical and analytical approach, with the ability to drive tasks forward
• Ability to collaborate, share knowledge, and support and challenge in a communicative and pedagogical way
