Requirements
- Relevant post-secondary education in technology, such as HVAC, energy, construction, installation or property technology
- 5-7 years of experience in technical management, operation, or project management in the property sector
- Good system knowledge and knowledge of technical systems such as ventilation, heating, electricity and control and regulation technology
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and understanding of laws and regulations within fire safety, energy and property technical standards
