Boart Longyear is hiring Sonic Drillers to work in the drilling industry. The company is a leading provider of drilling services, equipment, and performance tooling for mining and exploration industries.

Requirements

• Driller or driller's helper experience related to sonic or geotechnical drilling
• Ability to work in mining and oil & gas environments including the ability to pass pre-access, post incident, and annual drug and alcohol screening
• Class 5 or better drivers license with reasonable drivers abstract (commercial DL is an asset)
• Willingness to work with a wide variety of equipment
• Willingness to work long hours outdoors in all conditions
• Willingness to work hard, and travel for work
• Willingness to perform both shop based and field based work
• Will to learn new advanced geotechnical testing techniques involving sophisticated electronic testing equipment
• Positive attitude in the work place
