We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at Bobby & Steve's Auto World. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the repair process with honesty and care, building relationships, and managing workflow effectively.
Requirements
- 2+ years of service advisor or automotive customer service experience
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Tire knowledge a plus
- Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems and shop applications
- Acceptable driving record for insurance coverage
