Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an automotive service department
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and follow up effectively
• Solid business acumen and understanding of service operations
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Tire knowledge a plus
